AGI Atlanta’s team focuses and represents three ideas: opportunity, motivation, and success. We look to uphold these ideals by providing the team opportunity in their individual careers, having an atmosphere and way of doing things that instill motivations, and celebrating and enjoying our team’s individual and team successes. This past month, one of AGI Atlanta’s human resources members, Miranda Munds, earned an invitation to join a national executive team that will allow her to continue her career growth and give her the opportunity to expand her skills in coaching others in her field.
Miranda, AGI Atlanta’s Operations Manager, grew up in Hutchinson, Kanasas, a small town located Northwest of Wichita. Growing up, Miranda was involved in ballet and many other extracurricular activities. Her time spent dancing brought out a competitive spirit in Miranda and she spent most of her time traveling with her dance studio to many regional and national competitions. As for college, Miranda attended Kansas State University, receiving a Bachelor’s in Human Services and Conflict Resolution. After graduating, Miranda began working as a Child Behavioral Therapist, travelling across Kansas to work with young children in the public school system. It was after a year of working that Miranda sought new opportunities and joined the AGI Atlanta team.
Miranda is no stranger to success at AGI Atlanta. Within the first year of working at AGI Atlanta, Miranda was able to earn a national recognition for recruiting by an industry leader and she has also been a driving force in two of AGI Atlanta’s most recent expansions. With her successes at AGI Atlanta, she was able to earn an exclusive invitation to an industry executive team made up of top professionals in the recruiting and administration industries. Miranda will be participating in a weekly forum to share ideas on how to improve skills and also learn from the best. She also will be given opportunities to network with other individuals and develop her training skills to help new comers at other companies that utilize the executive team’s services. The team at AGI Atlanta could not be more proud of Miranda Munds and are grateful for her hard work and dedication to growing as an individual.
